At SHIFT Peak Performance, every visit is a dedicated 1:1 session with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your first visit will be a thorough evaluation consisting of reviewing past medical history, tests and measures, movement screening, and hands on interventions. Then we’ll spend the remaining time co-developing a game plan to start working towards your goals.

It’s a long story, but since you asked..
Big, strong, quick: Common hippos can weigh up to 9,900 pounds and run up to 19 mph
Plant-powered: Diet of mostly of grasses
Graceful underwater: Hippos walk along the bottom and push off to move through the water
Calm like a bomb: Adults can hold their breath underwater for over five minutes
Social & independent: Common hippos often live in groups (a bloat) of 10–30, while pygmy hippos prefer solitude
We knew the hippo was the right logo for SHIFT when a client and his spouse were arguing over whether or not the logo was in fact, a hippo. He could not believe it was a hippo, saying that “no one would have a hippo as their logo.”
…and that’s the vibe we’re going for at SHIFT. Unexpectedly epic.
